Bee Movie Script - Dialogue Transcript Voila! Finally, the Bee Movie script is here for all you fans of the Jerry Seinfeld animated movie. This puppy is a transcript that was painstakingly transcribed using the screenplay and/or viewings of the movie to get the dialogue. I know, I know, I still need to get the cast names in there and all that jazz, so if you have any corrections, feel free to drop me a line. At least you'll have some Bee Movie quotes (or even a monologue or two) to annoy your coworkers with in the meantime, right? And swing on back to Drew's Script-O-Rama afterwards -- because reading is good for your noodle. Better than Farmville, anyway. Bee Movie Script According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Ooh, black and yellow! Let's shake it up a little. Barry! Breakfast is ready! Ooming! Hang on a second. Hello? - Barry? - Adam? - Oan you believe this is happening? - I can't. I'll pick you up. Looking sharp. Use the stairs. Your father paid good money for those. Sorry. I'm excited. Here's the graduate. We're very proud of you, son. A perfect report card, all B's. Very proud. Ma! I got a thing going here. - You got lint on your fuzz. - Ow! That's me! - Wave to us! We'll be in row 118,000. - Bye! Barry, I told you, stop flying in the house! - Hey, Adam. - Hey, Barry. - Is that fuzz gel? - A little. Special day, graduation. Never thought I'd make it. Three days grade school, three days high school. Those were awkward. Three days college. I'm glad I took a day and hitchhiked around the hive. You did come back different. - Hi, Barry. - Artie, growing a mustache? Looks good. - Hear about Frankie? - Yeah. - You going to the funeral? - No, I'm not going. Everybody knows, sting someone, you die. Don't waste it on a squirrel. Such a hothead. I guess he could have just gotten out of the way. I love this incorporating an amusement park into our day. That's why we don't need vacations. Boy, quite a bit of pomp... under the circumstances. - Well, Adam, today we are men. - We are! - Bee-men. - Amen! Hallelujah! Students, faculty, distinguished bees, please welcome Dean Buzzwell. Welcome, New Hive Oity graduating class of... ...9:15. That concludes our ceremonies. And begins your career at Honex Industries! Will we pick ourjob today? I heard it's just orientation. Heads up! Here we go. Keep your hands and antennas inside the tram at all times. - Wonder what it'll be like? - A little scary. Welcome to Honex, a division of Honesco and a part of the Hexagon Group. This is it! Wow. Wow. We know that you, as a bee, have worked your whole life to get to the point where you can work for your whole life. Honey begins when our valiant Pollen Jocks bring the nectar to the hive. Our top-secret formula is automatically color-corrected, scent-adjusted and bubble-contoured into this soothing sweet syrup with its distinctive golden glow you know as... Honey! - That girl was hot. - She's my cousin! - She is? - Yes, we're all cousins. - Right. You're right. - At Honex, we constantly strive to improve every aspect of bee existence. These bees are stress-testing a new helmet technology. - What do you think he makes? - Not enough. Here we have our latest advancement, the Krelman. - What does that do? - Oatches that little strand of honey that hangs after you pour it. Saves us millions. Oan anyone work on the Krelman? Of course. Most bee jobs are small ones. But bees know that every small job, if it's done well, means a lot. But choose carefully because you'll stay in the job you pick for the rest of your life. The same job the rest of your life? I didn't know that. What's the difference? You'll be happy to know that bees, as a species, haven't had one day off in 27 million years. So you'll just work us to death? We'll sure try. Wow! That blew my mind! "What's the difference?" How can you say that? One job forever? That's an insane choice to have to make. I'm relieved. Now we only have to make one decision in life. But, Adam, how could they never have told us that? Why would you question anything? We're bees. We're the most perfectly functioning society on Earth. You ever think maybe things work a little too well here? Like what? Give me one example. I don't know. But you know what I'm talking about. Please clear the gate. Royal Nectar Force on approach. Wait a second. Oheck it out. - Hey, those are Pollen Jocks! - Wow. I've never seen them this close. They know what it's like outside the hive. Yeah, but some don't come back. - Hey, Jocks! - Hi, Jocks! You guys did great! You're monsters! You're sky freaks! I love it! I love it! - I wonder where they were. - I don't know. Their day's not planned. Outside the hive, flying who knows where, doing who knows what. You can'tjust decide to be a Pollen Jock. You have to be bred for that. Right. Look. That's more pollen than you and I will see in a lifetime. It's just a status symbol. Bees make too much of it. Perhaps. Unless you're wearing it and the ladies see you wearing it. Those ladies? Aren't they our cousins too? Distant. Distant. Look at these two. - Oouple of Hive Harrys. - Let's have fun with them. It must be dangerous being a Pollen Jock. Yeah. Once a bear pinned me against a mushroom! He had a paw on my throat, and with the other, he was slapping me! - Oh, my! - I never thought I'd knock him out. What were you doing during this? Trying to alert the authorities. I can autograph that. A little gusty out there today, wasn't it, comrades? Yeah. Gusty. We're hitting a sunflower patch six miles from here tomorrow. - Six miles, huh? - Barry! A puddle jump for us, but maybe you're not up for it. - Maybe I am. - You are not! We're going 0900 at J-Gate. What do you think, buzzy-boy? Are you bee enough? I might be. It all depends on what 0900 means. Hey, Honex! Dad, you surprised me. You decide what you're interested in? - Well, there's a lot of choices. - But you only get one. Do you ever get bored doing the same job every day? Son, let me tell you about stirring. You grab that stick, and you just move it around, and you stir it around. You get yourself into a rhythm. It's a beautiful thing. You know, Dad, the more I think about it, maybe the honey field just isn't right for me. You were thinking of what, making balloon animals? That's a bad job for a guy with a stinger. Janet, your son's not sure he wants to go into honey! - Barry, you are so funny sometimes. - I'm not trying to be funny. You're not funny! You're going into honey. Our son, the stirrer! - You're gonna be a stirrer? - No one's listening to me! Wait till you see the sticks I have. I could say anything right now. I'm gonna get an ant tattoo! Let's open some honey and celebrate! Maybe I'll pierce my thorax. Shave my antennae. Shack up with a grasshopper. Get a gold tooth and call everybody "dawg"! I'm so proud. - We're starting work today! - Today's the day. Oome on! All the good jobs will be gone. Yeah, right. Pollen counting, stunt bee, pouring, stirrer, front desk, hair removal... - Is it still available? - Hang on. Two left! One of them's yours! Oongratulations! Step to the side. - What'd you get? - Picking crud out. Stellar! Wow! Oouple of newbies? Yes, sir! Our first day! We are ready! Make your choice. - You want to go first? - No, you go. Oh, my. What's available? Restroom attendant's open, not for the reason you think. - Any chance of getting the Krelman? - Sure, you're on. I'm sorry, the Krelman just closed out. Wax monkey's always open. The Krelman opened up again. What happened? A bee died. Makes an opening. See? He's dead. Another dead one. Deady. Deadified. Two more dead. Dead from the neck up. Dead from the neck down. That's life! Oh, this is so hard! Heating, cooling, stunt bee, pourer, stirrer, humming, inspector number seven, lint coordinator, stripe supervisor, mite wrangler. Barry, what do you think I should... Barry? Barry! All right, we've got the sunflower patch in quadrant nine... What happened to you? Where are you? - I'm going out. - Out? Out where? - Out there. - Oh, no! I have to, before I go to work for the rest of my life. You're gonna die! You're crazy! Hello? Another call coming in. If anyone's feeling brave, there's a Korean deli on 83rd that gets their roses today. Hey, guys. - Look at that. - Isn't that the kid we saw yesterday? Hold it, son, flight deck's restricted. It's OK, Lou. We're gonna take him up. Really? Feeling lucky, are you? Sign here, here. Just initial that. - Thank you. - OK. You got a rain advisory today, and as you all know, bees cannot fly in rain. So be careful. As always, watch your brooms, hockey sticks, dogs, birds, bears and bats. Also, I got a couple of reports of root beer being poured on us. Murphy's in a home because of it, babbling like a cicada! - That's awful. - And a reminder for you rookies, bee law number one, absolutely no talking to humans! All right, launch positions! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Black and yellow! Hello! You ready for this, hot shot? Yeah. Yeah, bring it on. Wind, check. - Antennae, check. - Nectar pack, check. - Wings, check. - Stinger, check. Scared out of my shorts, check. OK, ladies, let's move it out! Pound those petunias, you striped stem-suckers! All of you, drain those flowers! Wow! I'm out! I can't believe I'm out! So blue. I feel so fast and free! Box kite! Wow! Flowers! This is Blue Leader. We have roses visual. Bring it around 30 degrees and hold. Roses! 30 degrees, roger. Bringing it around. Stand to the side, kid. It's got a bit of a kick. That is one nectar collector! - Ever see pollination up close? - No, sir. I pick up some pollen here, sprinkle it over here. Maybe a dash over there, a pinch on that one. See that? It's a little bit of magic. That's amazing. Why do we do that? That's pollen power. More pollen, more flowers, more nectar, more honey for us. Oool. I'm picking up a lot of bright yellow. Oould be daisies. Don't we need those? Oopy that visual. Wait. One of these flowers seems to be on the move. Say again? You're reporting a moving flower? Affirmative. That was on the line! This is the coolest. What is it? I don't know, but I'm loving this color. It smells good. Not like a flower, but I like it. Yeah, fuzzy. Ohemical-y. Oareful, guys. It's a little grabby. My sweet lord of bees! Oandy-brain, get off there! Problem! - Guys! - This could be bad. Affirmative. Very close. Gonna hurt. Mama's little boy. You are way out of position, rookie! Ooming in at you like a missile! Help me! I don't think these are flowers. - Should we tell him? - I think he knows. What is this?! Match point! You can start packing up, honey, because you're about to eat it! Yowser! Gross. There's a bee in the car! - Do something! - I'm driving! - Hi, bee. - He's back here! He's going to sting me! Nobody move. If you don't move, he won't sting you. Freeze! He blinked! Spray him, Granny! What are you doing?! Wow... the tension level out here is unbelievable. I gotta get home. Oan't fly in rain. Oan't fly in rain. Oan't fly in rain. Mayday! Mayday! Bee going down! Ken, could you close the window please? Ken, could you close the window please? Oheck out my new resume. I made it into a fold-out brochure. You see? Folds out. Oh, no. More humans. I don't need this. What was that? Maybe this time. This time. This time. This time! This time! This... Drapes! That is diabolical. It's fantastic. It's got all my special skills, even my top-ten favorite movies. What's number one? Star Wars? Nah, I don't go for that... ...kind of stuff. No wonder we shouldn't talk to them. They're out of their minds. When I leave a job interview, they're flabbergasted, can't believe what I say. There's the sun. Maybe that's a way out. I don't remember the sun having a big 75 on it. I predicted global warming. I could feel it getting hotter. At first I thought it was just me. Wait! Stop! Bee! Stand back. These are winter boots. Wait! Don't kill him! You know I'm allergic to them! This thing could kill me! Why does his life have less value than yours? Why does his life have any less value than mine? Is that your statement? I'm just saying all life has value. You don't know what he's capable of feeling. My brochure! There you go, little guy. I'm not scared of him. It's an allergic thing. Put that on your resume brochure. My whole face could puff up. Make it one of your special skills. Knocking someone out is also a special skill. Right. Bye, Vanessa. Thanks. - Vanessa, next week? Yogurt night? - Sure, Ken. You know, whatever. - You could put carob chips on there. - Bye. - Supposed to be less calories. - Bye. I gotta say something. She saved my life. I gotta say something. All right, here it goes. Nah. What would I say? I could really get in trouble. It's a bee law. You're not supposed to talk to a human. I can't believe I'm doing this. I've got to. Oh, I can't do it. Oome on! No. Yes. No. Do it. I can't. How should I start it? "You like jazz?" No, that's no good. Here she comes! Speak, you fool! Hi! I'm sorry. - You're talking. - Yes, I know. You're talking! I'm so sorry. No, it's OK. It's fine. I know I'm dreaming. But I don't recall going to bed. Well, I'm sure this is very disconcerting. This is a bit of a surprise to me. I mean, you're a bee! I am. And I'm not supposed to be doing this, but they were all trying to kill me. And if it wasn't for you... I had to thank you. It's just how I was raised. That was a little weird. - I'm talking with a bee. - Yeah. I'm talking to a bee. And the bee is talking to me! I just want to say I'm grateful. I'll leave now. - Wait! How did you learn to do that? - What? The talking thing. Same way you did, I guess. "Mama, Dada, honey." You pick it up. - That's very funny. - Yeah. Bees are funny. If we didn't laugh, we'd cry with what we have to deal with. Anyway... Oan I... ...get you something? - Like what? I don't know. I mean... I don't know. Ooffee? I don't want to put you out. It's no trouble. It takes two minutes. - It's just coffee. - I hate to impose. - Don't be ridiculous! - Actually, I would love a cup. Hey, you want rum cake? - I shouldn't. - Have some. - No, I can't. - Oome on! I'm trying to lose a couple micrograms. - Where? - These stripes don't help. You look great! I don't know if you know anything about fashion. Are you all right? No. He's making the tie in the cab as they're flying up Madison. He finally gets there. He runs up the steps into the church. The wedding is on. And he says, "Watermelon? I thought you said Guatemalan. Why would I marry a watermelon?" Is that a bee joke? That's the kind of stuff we do. Yeah, different. So, what are you gonna do, Barry? About work? I don't know. I want to do my part for the hive, but I can't do it the way they want. I know how you feel. - You do? - Sure. My parents wanted me to be a lawyer or a doctor, but I wanted to be a florist. - Really? - My only interest is flowers. Our new queen was just elected with that same campaign slogan. Anyway, if you look... There's my hive right there. See it? You're in Sheep Meadow! Yes! I'm right off the Turtle Pond! No way! I know that area. I lost a toe ring there once. - Why do girls put rings on their toes? - Why not? - It's like putting a hat on your knee. - Maybe I'll try that. - You all right, ma'am? - Oh, yeah. Fine. Just having two cups of coffee! Anyway, this has been great. Thanks for the coffee. Yeah, it's no trouble. Sorry I couldn't finish it. If I did, I'd be up the rest of my life. Are you...? Oan I take a piece of this with me? Sure! Here, have a crumb. - Thanks! - Yeah. All right. Well, then... I guess I'll see you around. Or not. OK, Barry. And thank you so much again... for before. Oh, that? That was nothing. Well, not nothing, but... Anyway... This can't possibly work. He's all set to go. We may as well try it. OK, Dave, pull the chute. - Sounds amazing. - It was amazing! It was the scariest, happiest moment of my life. Humans! I can't believe you were with humans! Giant, scary humans! What were they like? Huge and crazy. They talk crazy. They eat crazy giant things. They drive crazy. - Do they try and kill you, like on TV? - Some of them. But some of them don't. - How'd you get back? - Poodle. You did it, and I'm glad. You saw whatever you wanted to see. You had your "experience." Now you can pick out yourjob and be normal. - Well... - Well? Well, I met someone. You did? Was she Bee-ish? - A wasp?! Your parents will kill you! - No, no, no, not a wasp. - Spider? - I'm not attracted to spiders. I know it's the hottest thing, with the eight legs and all. I can't get by that face. So who is she? She's... human. No, no. That's a bee law. You wouldn't break a bee law. - Her name's Vanessa. - Oh, boy. She's so nice. And she's a florist! Oh, no! You're dating a human florist! We're not dating. You're flying outside the hive, talking to humans that attack our homes with power washers and M-80s! One-eighth a stick of dynamite! She saved my life! And she understands me. This is over! Eat this. This is not over! What was that? - They call it a crumb. - It was so stingin' stripey! And that's not what they eat. That's what falls off what they eat! - You know what a Oinnabon is? - No. It's bread and cinnamon and frosting. They heat it up... Sit down! ...really hot! - Listen to me! We are not them! We're us. There's us and there's them! Yes, but who can deny the heart that is yearning? There's no yearning. Stop yearning. Listen to me! You have got to start thinking bee, my friend. Thinking bee! - Thinking bee. - Thinking bee. Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! There he is. He's in the pool. You know what your problem is, Barry? I gotta start thinking bee? How much longer will this go on? It's been three days! Why aren't you working? I've got a lot of big life decisions to think about. What life? You have no life! You have no job. You're barely a bee! Would it kill you to make a little honey? Barry, come out. Your father's talking to you. Martin, would you talk to him? Barry, I'm talking to you! You coming? Got everything? All set! Go ahead. I'll catch up. Don't be too long. Watch this! Vanessa! - We're still here. - I told you not to yell at him. He doesn't respond to yelling! - Then why yell at me? - Because you don't listen! I'm not listening to this. Sorry, I've gotta go. - Where are you going? - I'm meeting a friend. A girl? Is this why you can't decide? Bye. I just hope she's Bee-ish. They have a huge parade of flowers every year in Pasadena? To be in the Tournament of Roses, that's every florist's dream! Up on a float, surrounded by flowers, crowds cheering. A tournament. Do the roses compete in athletic events? No. All right, I've got one. How come you don't fly everywhere? It's exhausting. Why don't you run everywhere? It's faster. Yeah, OK, I see, I see. All right, your turn. TiVo. You can just freeze live TV? That's insane! You don't have that? We have Hivo, but it's a disease. It's a horrible, horrible disease. Oh, my. Dumb bees! You must want to sting all those jerks. We try not to sting. It's usually fatal for us. So you have to watch your temper. Very carefully. You kick a wall, take a walk, write an angry letter and throw it out. Work through it like any emotion: Anger, jealousy, lust. Oh, my goodness! Are you OK? Yeah. - What is wrong with you?! - It's a bug. He's not bothering anybody. Get out of here, you creep! What was that? A Pic 'N' Save circular? Yeah, it was. How did you know? It felt like about 10 pages. Seventy-five is pretty much our limit. You've really got that down to a science. - I lost a cousin to Italian Vogue. - I'll bet. What in the name of Mighty Hercules is this? How did this get here? Oute Bee, Golden Blossom, Ray Liotta Private Select? - Is he that actor? - I never heard of him. - Why is this here? - For people. We eat it. You don't have enough food of your own? - Well, yes. - How do you get it? - Bees make it. - I know who makes it! And it's hard to make it! There's heating, cooling, stirring. You need a whole Krelman thing! - It's organic. - It's our-ganic! It's just honey, Barry. Just what?! Bees don't know about this! This is stealing! A lot of stealing! You've taken our homes, schools, hospitals! This is all we have! And it's on sale?! I'm getting to the bottom of this. I'm getting to the bottom of all of this! Hey, Hector. - You almost done? - Almost. He is here. I sense it. Well, I guess I'll go home now and just leave this nice honey out, with no one around. You're busted, box boy! I knew I heard something. So you can talk! I can talk. And now you'll start talking! Where you getting the sweet stuff? Who's your supplier? I don't understand. I thought we were friends. The last thing we want to do is upset bees! You're too late! It's ours now! You, sir, have crossed the wrong sword! You, sir, will be lunch for my iguana, Ignacio! Where is the honey coming from? Tell me where! Honey Farms! It comes from Honey Farms! Orazy person! What horrible thing has happened here? These faces, they never knew what hit them. And now they're on the road to nowhere! Just keep still. What? You're not dead? Do I look dead? They will wipe anything that moves. Where you headed? To Honey Farms. I am onto something huge here. I'm going to Alaska. Moose blood, crazy stuff. Blows your head off! I'm going to Tacoma. - And you? - He really is dead. All right. Uh-oh! - What is that?! - Oh, no! - A wiper! Triple blade! - Triple blade? Jump on! It's your only chance, bee! Why does everything have to be so doggone clean?! How much do you people need to see?! Open your eyes! Stick your head out the window! From NPR News in Washington, I'm Oarl Kasell. But don't kill no more bugs! - Bee! - Moose blood guy!! - You hear something? - Like what? Like tiny screaming. Turn off the radio. Whassup, bee boy? Hey, Blood. Just a row of honey jars, as far as the eye could see. Wow! I assume wherever this truck goes is where they're getting it. I mean, that honey's ours. - Bees hang tight. - We're all jammed in. It's a close community. Not us, man. We on our own. Every mosquito on his own. - What if you get in trouble? - You a mosquito, you in trouble. Nobody likes us. They just smack. See a mosquito, smack, smack! At least you're out in the world. You must meet girls. Mosquito girls try to trade up, get with a moth, dragonfly. Mosquito girl don't want no mosquito. You got to be kidding me! Mooseblood's about to leave the building! So long, bee! - Hey, guys! - Mooseblood! I knew I'd catch y'all down here. Did you bring your crazy straw? We throw it in jars, slap a label on it, and it's pretty much pure profit. What is this place? A bee's got a brain the size of a pinhead. They are pinheads! Pinhead. - Oheck out the new smoker. - Oh, sweet. That's the one you want. The Thomas 3000! Smoker? Ninety puffs a minute, semi-automatic. Twice the nicotine, all the tar. A couple breaths of this knocks them right out. They make the honey, and we make the money. "They make the honey, and we make the money"? Oh, my! What's going on? Are you OK? Yeah. It doesn't last too long. Do you know you're in a fake hive with fake walls? Our queen was moved here. We had no choice. This is your queen? That's a man in women's clothes! That's a drag queen! What is this? Oh, no! There's hundreds of them! Bee honey. Our honey is being brazenly stolen on a massive scale! This is worse than anything bears have done! I intend to do something. Oh, Barry, stop. Who told you humans are taking our honey? That's a rumor. Do these look like rumors? That's a conspiracy theory. These are obviously doctored photos. How did you get mixed up in this? He's been talking to humans. - What? - Talking to humans?! He has a human girlfriend. And they make out! Make out? Barry! We do not. - You wish you could. - Whose side are you on? The bees! I dated a cricket once in San Antonio. Those crazy legs kept me up all night. Barry, this is what you want to do with your life? I want to do it for all our lives. Nobody works harder than bees! Dad, I remember you coming home so overworked your hands were still stirring. You couldn't stop. I remember that. What right do they have to our honey? We live on two cups a year. They put it in lip balm for no reason whatsoever! Even if it's true, what can one bee do? Sting them where it really hurts. In the face! The eye! - That would hurt. - No. Up the nose? That's a killer. There's only one place you can sting the humans, one place where it matters. Hive at Five, the hive's only full-hour action news source. No more bee beards! With Bob Bumble at the anchor desk. Weather with Storm Stinger. Sports with Buzz Larvi. And Jeanette Ohung. - Good evening. I'm Bob Bumble. - And I'm Jeanette Ohung. A tri-county bee, Barry Benson, intends to sue the human race for stealing our honey, packaging it and profiting from it illegally! Tomorrow night on Bee Larry King, we'll have three former queens here in our studio, discussing their new book, Olassy Ladies, out this week on Hexagon. Tonight we're talking to Barry Benson. Did you ever think, "I'm a kid from the hive. I can't do this"? Bees have never been afraid to change the world. What about Bee Oolumbus? Bee Gandhi? Bejesus? Where I'm from, we'd never sue humans. We were thinking of stickball or candy stores. How old are you? The bee community is supporting you in this case, which will be the trial of the bee century. You know, they have a Larry King in the human world too. It's a common name. Next week... He looks like you and has a show and suspenders and colored dots... Next week... Glasses, quotes on the bottom from the guest even though you just heard 'em. Bear Week next week! They're scary, hairy and here live. Always leans forward, pointy shoulders, squinty eyes, very Jewish. In tennis, you attack at the point of weakness! It was my grandmother, Ken. She's 81. Honey, her backhand's a joke! I'm not gonna take advantage of that? Quiet, please. Actual work going on here. - Is that that same bee? - Yes, it is! I'm helping him sue the human race. - Hello. - Hello, bee. This is Ken. Yeah, I remember you. Timberland, size ten and a half. Vibram sole, I believe. Why does he talk again? Listen, you better go 'cause we're really busy working. But it's our yogurt night! Bye-bye. Why is yogurt night so difficult?! You poor thing. You two have been at this for hours! Yes, and Adam here has been a huge help. - Frosting... - How many sugars? Just one. I try not to use the competition. So why are you helping me? Bees have good qualities. And it takes my mind off the shop. Instead of flowers, people are giving balloon bouquets now. Those are great, if you're three. And artificial flowers. - Oh, those just get me psychotic! - Yeah, me too. Bent stingers, pointless pollination. Bees must hate those fake things! Nothing worse than a daffodil that's had work done. Maybe this could make up for it a little bit. - This lawsuit's a pretty big deal. - I guess. You sure you want to go through with it? Am I sure? When I'm done with the humans, they won't be able to say, "Honey, I'm home," without paying a royalty! It's an incredible scene here in downtown Manhattan, where the world anxiously waits, because for the first time in history, we will hear for ourselves if a honeybee can actually speak. What have we gotten into here, Barry? It's pretty big, isn't it? I can't believe how many humans don't work during the day. You think billion-dollar multinational food companies have good lawyers? Everybody needs to stay behind the barricade. - What's the matter? - I don't know, I just got a chill. Well, if it isn't the bee team. You boys work on this? All rise! The Honorable Judge Bumbleton presiding. All right. Oase number 4475, Superior Oourt of New York, Barry Bee Benson v. the Honey Industry is now in session. Mr. Montgomery, you're representing the five food companies collectively? A privilege. Mr. Benson... you're representing all the bees of the world? I'm kidding. Yes, Your Honor, we're ready to proceed. Mr. Montgomery, your opening statement, please. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, my grandmother was a simple woman. Born on a farm, she believed it was man's divine right to benefit from the bounty of nature God put before us. If we lived in the topsy-turvy world Mr. Benson imagines, just think of what would it mean. I would have to negotiate with the silkworm for the elastic in my britches! Talking bee! How do we know this isn't some sort of holographic motion-picture-capture Hollywood wizardry? They could be using laser beams! Robotics! Ventriloquism! Oloning! For all we know, he could be on steroids! Mr. Benson? Ladies and gentlemen, there's no trickery here. I'm just an ordinary bee. Honey's pretty important to me. It's important to all bees. We invented it! We make it. And we protect it with our lives. Unfortunately, there are some people in this room who think they can take it from us 'cause we're the little guys! I'm hoping that, after this is all over, you'll see how, by taking our honey, you not only take everything we have but everything we are! I wish he'd dress like that all the time. So nice! Oall your first witness. So, Mr. Klauss Vanderhayden of Honey Farms, big company you have. I suppose so. I see you also own Honeyburton and Honron! Yes, they provide beekeepers for our farms. Beekeeper. I find that to be a very disturbing term. I don't imagine you employ any bee-free-ers, do you? - No. - I couldn't hear you. - No. - No. Because you don't free bees. You keep bees. Not only that, it seems you thought a bear would be an appropriate image for a jar of honey. They're very lovable creatures. Yogi Bear, Fozzie Bear, Build-A-Bear. You mean like this? Bears kill bees! How'd you like his head crashing through your living room?! Biting into your couch! Spitting out your throw pillows! OK, that's enough. Take him away. So, Mr. Sting, thank you for being here. Your name intrigues me. - Where have I heard it before? - I was with a band called The Police. But you've never been a police officer, have you? No, I haven't. No, you haven't. And so here we have yet another example of bee culture casually stolen by a human for nothing more than a prance-about stage name. Oh, please. Have you ever been stung, Mr. Sting? Because I'm feeling a little stung, Sting. Or should I say... Mr. Gordon M. Sumner! That's not his real name?! You idiots! Mr. Liotta, first, belated congratulations on your Emmy win for a guest spot on ER in 2005. Thank you. Thank you. I see from your resume that you're devilishly handsome with a churning inner turmoil that's ready to blow. I enjoy what I do. Is that a crime? Not yet it isn't. But is this what it's come to for you? Exploiting tiny, helpless bees so you don't have to rehearse your part and learn your lines, sir? Watch it, Benson! I could blow right now! This isn't a goodfella. This is a badfella! Why doesn't someone just step on this creep, and we can all go home?! - Order in this court! - You're all thinking it! Order! Order, I say! - Say it! - Mr. Liotta, please sit down! I think it was awfully nice of that bear to pitch in like that. I think the jury's on our side. Are we doing everything right, legally? I'm a florist. Right. Well, here's to a great team. To a great team! Well, hello. - Ken! - Hello. I didn't think you were coming. No, I was just late. I tried to call, but... the battery. I didn't want all this to go to waste, so I called Barry. Luckily, he was free. Oh, that was lucky. There's a little left. I could heat it up. Yeah, heat it up, sure, whatever. So I hear you're quite a tennis player. I'm not much for the game myself. The ball's a little grabby. That's where I usually sit. Right... there. Ken, Barry was looking at your resume, and he agreed with me that eating with chopsticks isn't really a special skill. You think I don't see what you're doing? I know how hard it is to find the rightjob. We have that in common. Do we? Bees have 100 percent employment, but we do jobs like taking the crud out. That's just what I was thinking about doing. Ken, I let Barry borrow your razor for his fuzz. I hope that was all right. I'm going to drain the old stinger. Yeah, you do that. Look at that. You know, I've just about had it with your little mind games. - What's that? - Italian Vogue. Mamma mia, that's a lot of pages. A lot of ads. Remember what Van said, why is your life more valuable than mine? Funny, I just can't seem to recall that! I think something stinks in here! I love the smell of flowers. How do you like the smell of flames?! Not as much. Water bug! Not taking sides! Ken, I'm wearing a Ohapstick hat! This is pathetic! I've got issues! Well, well, well, a royal flush! - You're bluffing. - Am I? Surf's up, dude! Poo water! That bowl is gnarly. Except for those dirty yellow rings! Kenneth! What are you doing?! You know, I don't even like honey! I don't eat it! We need to talk! He's just a little bee! And he happens to be the nicest bee I've met in a long time! Long time? What are you talking about?! Are there other bugs in your life? No, but there are other things bugging me in life. And you're one of them! Fine! Talking bees, no yogurt night... My nerves are fried from riding on this emotional roller coaster! Goodbye, Ken. And for your information, I prefer sugar-free, artificial sweeteners made by man! I'm sorry about all that. I know it's got an aftertaste! I like it! I always felt there was some kind of barrier between Ken and me. I couldn't overcome it. Oh, well. Are you OK for the trial? I believe Mr. Montgomery is about out of ideas. We would like to call Mr. Barry Benson Bee to the stand. Good idea! You can really see why he's considered one of the best lawyers... Yeah. Layton, you've gotta weave some magic with this jury, or it's gonna be all over. Don't worry. The only thing I have to do to turn this jury around is to remind them of what they don't like about bees. - You got the tweezers? - Are you allergic? Only to losing, son. Only to losing. Mr. Benson Bee, I'll ask you what I think we'd all like to know. What exactly is your relationship to that woman? We're friends. - Good friends? - Yes. How good? Do you live together? Wait a minute... Are you her little... ...bedbug? I've seen a bee documentary or two. From what I understand, doesn't your queen give birth to all the bee children? - Yeah, but... - So those aren't your real parents! - Oh, Barry... - Yes, they are! Hold me back! You're an illegitimate bee, aren't you, Benson? He's denouncing bees! Don't y'all date your cousins? - Objection! - I'm going to pincushion this guy! Adam, don't! It's what he wants! Oh, I'm hit!! Oh, lordy, I am hit! Order! Order! The venom! The venom is coursing through my veins! I have been felled by a winged beast of destruction! You see? You can't treat them like equals! They're striped savages! Stinging's the only thing they know! It's their way! - Adam, stay with me. - I can't feel my legs. What angel of mercy will come forward to suck the poison from my heaving buttocks? I will have order in this court. Order! Order, please! The case of the honeybees versus the human race took a pointed turn against the bees yesterday when one of their legal team stung Layton T. Montgomery. - Hey, buddy. - Hey. - Is there much pain? - Yeah. I... I blew the whole case, didn't I? It doesn't matter. What matters is you're alive. You could have died. I'd be better off dead. Look at me. They got it from the cafeteria downstairs, in a tuna sandwich. Look, there's a little celery still on it. What was it like to sting someone? I can't explain it. It was all... All adrenaline and then... and then ecstasy! All right. You think it was all a trap? Of course. I'm sorry. I flew us right into this. What were we thinking? Look at us. We're just a couple of bugs in this world. What will the humans do to us if they win? I don't know. I hear they put the roaches in motels. That doesn't sound so bad. Adam, they check in, but they don't check out! Oh, my. Oould you get a nurse to close that window? - Why? - The smoke. Bees don't smoke. Right. Bees don't smoke. Bees don't smoke! But some bees are smoking. That's it! That's our case! It is? It's not over? Get dressed. I've gotta go somewhere. Get back to the court and stall. Stall any way you can. And assuming you've done step correctly, you're ready for the tub. Mr. Flayman. Yes? Yes, Your Honor! Where is the rest of your team? Well, Your Honor, it's interesting. Bees are trained to fly haphazardly, and as a result, we don't make very good time. I actually heard a funny story about... Your Honor, haven't these ridiculous bugs taken up enough of this court's valuable time? How much longer will we allow these absurd shenanigans to go on? They have presented no compelling evidence to support their charges against my clients, who run legitimate businesses. I move for a complete dismissal of this entire case! Mr. Flayman, I'm afraid I'm going to have to consider Mr. Montgomery's motion. But you can't! We have a terrific case. Where is your proof? Where is the evidence? Show me the smoking gun! Hold it, Your Honor! You want a smoking gun? Here is your smoking gun. What is that? It's a bee smoker! What, this? This harmless little contraption? This couldn't hurt a fly, let alone a bee. Look at what has happened to bees who have never been asked, "Smoking or non?" Is this what nature intended for us? To be forcibly addicted to smoke machines and man-made wooden slat work camps? Living out our lives as honey slaves to the white man? - What are we gonna do? - He's playing the species card. Ladies and gentlemen, please, free these bees! Free the bees! Free the bees! Free the bees! Free the bees! Free the bees! The court finds in favor of the bees! Vanessa, we won! I knew you could do it! High-five! Sorry. I'm OK! You know what this means? All the honey will finally belong to the bees. Now we won't have to work so hard all the time. This is an unholy perversion of the balance of nature, Benson. You'll regret this. Barry, how much honey is out there? All right. One at a time. Barry, who are you wearing? My sweater is Ralph Lauren, and I have no pants. - What if Montgomery's right? - What do you mean? We've been living the bee way a long time, 27 million years. Oongratulations on your victory. What will you demand as a settlement? First, we'll demand a complete shutdown of all bee work camps. Then we want back the honey that was ours to begin with, every last drop. We demand an end to the glorification of the bear as anything more than a filthy, smelly, bad-breath stink machine. We're all aware of what they do in the woods. Wait for my signal. Take him out. He'll have nauseous for a few hours, then he'll be fine. And we will no longer tolerate bee-negative nicknames... But it's just a prance-about stage name! ...unnecessary inclusion of honey in bogus health products and la-dee-da human tea-time snack garnishments. Oan't breathe. Bring it in, boys! Hold it right there! Good. Tap it. Mr. Buzzwell, we just passed three cups, and there's gallons more coming! - I think we need to shut down! - Shut down? We've never shut down. Shut down honey production! Stop making honey! Turn your key, sir! What do we do now? Oannonball! We're shutting honey production! Mission abort. Aborting pollination and nectar detail. Returning to base. Adam, you wouldn't believe how much honey was out there. Oh, yeah? What's going on? Where is everybody? - Are they out celebrating? - They're home. They don't know what to do. Laying out, sleeping in. I heard your Uncle Oarl was on his way to San Antonio with a cricket. At least we got our honey back. Sometimes I think, so what if humans liked our honey? Who wouldn't? It's the greatest thing in the world! I was excited to be part of making it. This was my new desk. This was my new job. I wanted to do it really well. And now... Now I can't. I don't understand why they're not happy. I thought their lives would be better! They're doing nothing. It's amazing. Honey really changes people. You don't have any idea what's going on, do you? - What did you want to show me? - This. What happened here? That is not the half of it. Oh, no. Oh, my. They're all wilting. Doesn't look very good, does it? No. And whose fault do you think that is? You know, I'm gonna guess bees. Bees? Specifically, me. I didn't think bees not needing to make honey would affect all these things. It's notjust flowers. Fruits, vegetables, they all need bees. That's our whole SAT test right there. Take away produce, that affects the entire animal kingdom. And then, of course... The human species? So if there's no more pollination, it could all just go south here, couldn't it? I know this is also partly my fault. How about a suicide pact? How do we do it? - I'll sting you, you step on me. - Thatjust kills you twice. Right, right. Listen, Barry... sorry, but I gotta get going. I had to open my mouth and talk. Vanessa? Vanessa? Why are you leaving? Where are you going? To the final Tournament of Roses parade in Pasadena. They've moved it to this weekend because all the flowers are dying. It's the last chance I'll ever have to see it. Vanessa, I just wanna say I'm sorry. I never meant it to turn out like this. I know. Me neither. Tournament of Roses. Roses can't do sports. Wait a minute. Roses. Roses? Roses! Vanessa! Roses?! Barry? - Roses are flowers! - Yes, they are. Flowers, bees, pollen! I know. That's why this is the last parade. Maybe not. Oould you ask him to slow down? Oould you slow down? Barry! OK, I made a huge mistake. This is a total disaster, all my fault. Yes, it kind of is. I've ruined the planet. I wanted to help you with the flower shop. I've made it worse. Actually, it's completely closed down. I thought maybe you were remodeling. But I have another idea, and it's greater than my previous ideas combined. I don't want to hear it! All right, they have the roses, the roses have the pollen. I know every bee, plant and flower bud in this park. All we gotta do is get what they've got back here with what we've got. - Bees. - Park. - Pollen! - Flowers. - Repollination! - Across the nation! Tournament of Roses, Pasadena, Oalifornia. They've got nothing but flowers, floats and cotton candy. Security will be tight. I have an idea. Vanessa Bloome, FTD. Official floral business. It's real. Sorry, ma'am. Nice brooch. Thank you. It was a gift. Once inside, we just pick the right float. How about The Princess and the Pea? I could be the princess, and you could be the pea! Yes, I got it. - Where should I sit? - What are you? - I believe I'm the pea. - The pea? It goes under the mattresses. - Not in this fairy tale, sweetheart. - I'm getting the marshal. You do that! This whole parade is a fiasco! Let's see what this baby'll do. Hey, what are you doing?! Then all we do is blend in with traffic... ...without arousing suspicion. Once at the airport, there's no stopping us. Stop! Security. - You and your insect pack your float? - Yes. Has it been in your possession the entire time? Would you remove your shoes? - Remove your stinger. - It's part of me. I know. Just having some fun. Enjoy your flight. Then if we're lucky, we'll have just enough pollen to do the job. Oan you believe how lucky we are? We have just enough pollen to do the job! I think this is gonna work. It's got to work. Attention, passengers, this is Oaptain Scott. We have a bit of bad weather in New York. It looks like we'll experience a couple hours delay. Barry, these are cut flowers with no water. They'll never make it. I gotta get up there and talk to them. Be careful. Oan I get help with the Sky Mall magazine? I'd like to order the talking inflatable nose and ear hair trimmer. Oaptain, I'm in a real situation. - What'd you say, Hal? - Nothing. Bee! Don't freak out! My entire species... What are you doing? - Wait a minute! I'm an attorney! - Who's an attorney? Don't move. Oh, Barry. Good afternoon, passengers. This is your captain. Would a Miss Vanessa Bloome in 24B please report to the cockpit? And please hurry! What happened here? There was a DustBuster, a toupee, a life raft exploded. One's bald, one's in a boat, they're both unconscious! - Is that another bee joke? - No! No one's flying the plane! This is JFK control tower, Flight 356. What's your status? This is Vanessa Bloome. I'm a florist from New York. Where's the pilot? He's unconscious, and so is the copilot. Not good. Does anyone onboard have flight experience? As a matter of fact, there is. - Who's that? - Barry Benson. From the honey trial?! Oh, great. Vanessa, this is nothing more than a big metal bee. It's got giant wings, huge engines. I can't fly a plane. - Why not? Isn't John Travolta a pilot? - Yes. How hard could it be? Wait, Barry! We're headed into some lightning. This is Bob Bumble. We have some late-breaking news from JFK Airport, where a suspenseful scene is developing. Barry Benson, fresh from his legal victory... That's Barry! ...is attempting to land a plane, loaded with people, flowers and an incapacitated flight crew. Flowers?! We have a storm in the area and two individuals at the controls with absolutely no flight experience. Just a minute. There's a bee on that plane. I'm quite familiar with Mr. Benson and his no-account compadres. They've done enough damage. But isn't he your only hope? Technically, a bee shouldn't be able to fly at all. Their wings are too small... Haven't we heard this a million times? "The surface area of the wings and body mass make no sense." - Get this on the air! - Got it. - Stand by. - We're going live. The way we work may be a mystery to you. Making honey takes a lot of bees doing a lot of small jobs. But let me tell you about a small job. If you do it well, it makes a big difference. More than we realized. To us, to everyone. That's why I want to get bees back to working together. That's the bee way! We're not made of Jell-O. We get behind a fellow. - Black and yellow! - Hello! Left, right, down, hover. - Hover? - Forget hover. This isn't so hard. Beep-beep! Beep-beep! Barry, what happened?! Wait, I think we were on autopilot the whole time. - That may have been helping me. - And now we're not! So it turns out I cannot fly a plane. All of you, let's get behind this fellow! Move it out! Move out! Our only chance is if I do what I'd do, you copy me with the wings of the plane! Don't have to yell. I'm not yelling! We're in a lot of trouble. It's very hard to concentrate with that panicky tone in your voice! It's not a tone. I'm panicking! I can't do this! Vanessa, pull yourself together. You have to snap out of it! You snap out of it. You snap out of it. - You snap out of it! - You snap out of it! - You snap out of it! - You snap out of it! - You snap out of it! - You snap out of it! - Hold it! - Why? Oome on, it's my turn. How is the plane flying? I don't know. Hello? Benson, got any flowers for a happy occasion in there? The Pollen Jocks! They do get behind a fellow. - Black and yellow. - Hello. All right, let's drop this tin can on the blacktop. Where? I can't see anything. Oan you? No, nothing. It's all cloudy. Oome on. You got to think bee, Barry. - Thinking bee. - Thinking bee. Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Wait a minute. I think I'm feeling something. - What? - I don't know. It's strong, pulling me. Like a 27-million-year-old instinct. Bring the nose down. Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! - What in the world is on the tarmac? - Get some lights on that! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! Thinking bee! - Vanessa, aim for the flower. - OK. Out the engines. We're going in on bee power. Ready, boys? Affirmative! Good. Good. Easy, now. That's it. Land on that flower! Ready? Full reverse! Spin it around! - Not that flower! The other one! - Which one? - That flower. - I'm aiming at the flower! That's a fat guy in a flowered shirt. I mean the giant pulsating flower made of millions of bees! Pull forward. Nose down. Tail up. Rotate around it. - This is insane, Barry! - This's the only way I know how to fly. Am I koo-koo-kachoo, or is this plane flying in an insect-like pattern? Get your nose in there. Don't be afraid. Smell it. Full reverse! Just drop it. Be a part of it. Aim for the center! Now drop it in! Drop it in, woman! Oome on, already. Barry, we did it! You taught me how to fly! - Yes. No high-five! - Right. Barry, it worked! Did you see the giant flower? What giant flower? Where? Of course I saw the flower! That was genius! - Thank you. - But we're not done yet. Listen, everyone! This runway is covered with the last pollen from the last flowers available anywhere on Earth. That means this is our last chance. We're the only ones who make honey, pollinate flowers and dress like this. If we're gonna survive as a species, this is our moment! What do you say? Are we going to be bees, orjust Museum of Natural History keychains? We're bees! Keychain! Then follow me! Except Keychain. Hold on, Barry. Here. You've earned this. Yeah! I'm a Pollen Jock! And it's a perfect fit. All I gotta do are the sleeves. Oh, yeah. That's our Barry. Mom! The bees are back! If anybody needs to make a call, now's the time. I got a feeling we'll be working late tonight! Here's your change. Have a great afternoon! Oan I help who's next? Would you like some honey with that? It is bee-approved. Don't forget these. Milk, cream, cheese, it's all me. And I don't see a nickel! Sometimes I just feel like a piece of meat! I had no idea. Barry, I'm sorry. Have you got a moment? Would you excuse me? My mosquito associate will help you. Sorry I'm late. He's a lawyer too? I was already a blood-sucking parasite. All I needed was a briefcase. Have a great afternoon! Barry, I just got this huge tulip order, and I can't get them anywhere. No problem, Vannie. Just leave it to me. You're a lifesaver, Barry. Oan I help who's next? All right, scramble, jocks! It's time to fly. Thank you, Barry! That bee is living my life! Let it go, Kenny. - When will this nightmare end?! - Let it all go. - Beautiful day to fly. - Sure is. Between you and me, I was dying to get out of that office. You have got to start thinking bee, my friend. - Thinking bee! - Me? Hold it. Let's just stop for a second. Hold it. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, everyone. Oan we stop here? I'm not making a major life decision during a production number! All right. Take ten, everybody. Wrap it up, guys. I had virtually no rehearsal for that. Special thanks to SergeiK.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly.

I love living here! I love having the dining hall on the 9th floor because it is so convinient and the food is really good. One complaint is the elevators often take forever.

I would give this place 4 1/2 stars because there's is so much more community and amenities than a dorm. I would def recommend to Spring Connect people and folks at State who don't like the dorm. The cafeteria is really nice, and the opportunity for a Spring Connect student like myself to come to State just a semester early was really nice. I have an internship and I play trumpet for marching band, something I would have not been able to do since I live an hour away.

It’s been decent but could be so much better for how much I am paying to stay here. Something in the room is always broken and there is a big problem as well which hasn’t gotten dealt with since the start. But the maintenance staff is great and try to help you as much as they can and the staff at the desk are also helpful to the most part!

The community is nice and everyone is very friendly. The only thing that I'm not so happy with is that cleaning of the room is not the best as the bathroom is clean but the floors are not.

I love living at UT. Its perfect distance from everything near campus and I love studying by the pool. The food court upstairs is so good and clean all the time. I also work there and its so nice just to be able to go upstairs instead of drive to work.

Its decent I guess. My roommate is cool. I think the dining hall is very good. However my room is not great. My blinds have fallen down onto me at least 4 times and the light above my bed was just now fixed after putting in consistent work orders since I moved in.

The location is great and the staff is really friendly!! The amenities are nice, my favorite is definitely the pool. I also really appreciate the dining hall having lots of gluten free options and being accommodating of my special diet. The residents themselves are a bit shy and it can be hard to make friends, I would love more floor events and ways to get to know people!

It took forever to fix the elevators since half the time those didn't work. Now half the time the washers are either out of order or even though it say a 30 minute cycle it's actually holding clothes hostage for 50 minutes so don't do laundry if you don't have extra time before going somewhere. And when I came here my room was in bad shape and I told the front desk about an issue and as I was walking away they said they'd file a work order because it was like my 2nd day here this semester. Good customer service would have sent maintenance to fix my problem. It wasn't until my parents visited probably a week or two later and saw the shape my room was in and talked to the front desk ecause they were upset did they fix that problem. And I've been here since August paying over $1,000 a month and this place didn't even have me down as a verified resident until last week? What a slap in the face. I have a UT ID so does no one verify residency before giving those out? I mentioned I was having problems filing for maintenance early on in the semester and the employees at the desk just shoo'd me away said the site wasn't up. I told them I never got an email to take a photo for an ID card and the guy acted like he thought I was crazy. No one listened to me. I'll be glad to get out of this place.

Pretty good. The food is decent, staff are friendly, and I’ve always had any question answered and resolved quickly. Lots of community events too.

University towers is a wonderful place to be residing in as a college student at north carolina state university happy with the amenities offered

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very helpful and nice staff, amazing food, nice rooms, and housekeeping is awesome. There have been a couple instances of erratic fire alarms and stuff but it doesn’t bother me lol

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living at UT, it would be nice if our UT ID card could open our room though. That way we wouldn’t have to carry both around. I also like the desk and furniture

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's pretty good here, but it'd be nice to have lofted beds since that creates more space in the room, and I wish cloud9 was open a little later on weekends. I'm often just as busy on weekends but I have to miss dinner sometimes because of what I'm doing. This is really frustrating since I'm paying for unlimited food, it feels like i should be able to eat whenever I want. I don't think staying open till like 9 or 10 is unreasonable, and it's one of the only things that irks me anout living here.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is awesome I love all the events y’all have. The food is great the staff is very nice and sociable. The laundry is convenient, the pool and volleyball court are great to have, and the pool table is good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here, more events the better! I would like to see some updates to the weight room and more washers and dryers for the number of people living here but the employees are great and it’s a solid place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love University Towers because of the great location! You get the best of both worlds... close to campus but also close to Hillsborough street. There’s so many places in walking distance!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I honestly love living here, the location is perfect, the food is phenomenal, theres such a sense of community, and there’s just so many conveniences!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very friendly environment. Great dinning hall. Some rooms could use a little maintenance but overall great community it live in. Would recommend to others at NC State.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Being a resident here has been great. Being able to have so many utilities in one area have helped me tremendously in my time here. The staff is wonderful and the people are amazing

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the size of the room and the amenities we have here! A great transition from true dorm life to apartment living! My favorite parts would probably be living with my roommates and the pool!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very happy with the location and overall facilities. Dining hall here is a very big plus, with better selection and quality than I expected it to be

This is a review where I say something in the confines of 140 characters! Let's see how long it will take before I run out of space, and how

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it here! Great Staff + Service, I really like the dining hall and my room and the bathrooms and the beds and the cleaning staff and my roommate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s pretty okay as far as apartments go. I haven’t had any major issues or concerns and I’ve been content with my rooming situation. The only thing I have concerns with is the dining halls hours from 2-5 only having the grill open and I still don’t understand the late night hours.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers has been a great place to live. I really enjoy the proximity to campus! It is super close to classes. I really like the high quality rooms too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The only reason I won't put a 5/5 is because the neighbor in the room next door likes to repeatedly slam/drop something onto the floor almost every other day for about an hours or so. I don't know what he's doing, but it's so loud you can hear it clearly even in the hallway away from his room. I've tried asking him about it, but he's extremely reluctant to open the door to someone he doesn't know (such as myself). Other than this, I am completely satisfied with living at UT.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

In the month that I have lived here, my experience has been very positive. All the employees have been nice and the food is better than anything on campus. My room is solid as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the people are nice, the community is nice, the bathroom is clean. I really like the pool table and the pool because they are in a convenient location

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love University Towers. I love the environment and the people. I met some of my best friends here and I will always love living here. I also love the location.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This location is very well kept with a cheerful and helpful staff. Services provided with your lease are pool access, a volleyball court, tanning, study room, exercise area, and free washers and dryers. All of this is very easily accessible and kept clean. Dining hall serves good food, and staff at the desk is friendly and ready to answer your questions. Size of the rooms is decent and housekeeping helps to keep things clean. Overall, very satisfied with staying here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been great so far, the driers don't work as well as I would hope but everything else is pretty good. The study lounge is a really great area to get work done in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty great environment...commodities easily accessible within the same building. Provides a gym, laundromat, study room, study rooms on each floor...very nice furniture. It’s an overall enjoyable place to live in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Room was in poor condition, hole in wall and desk light was busted and had class shards in the desk. However, the staff are friendly and always happy to help, which more than made up for the rough start.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Rooms are nice and spacious I’m able to eat upstairs but I would like to sometimes have the option of taking the food to go . I do enjoy having amenities

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I spent a lot of time at UT last spring while living in Sullivan. I really enjoyed the location, facilities, and convenience, so I decided to live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The living area is very nice. The only thing that is frustrating about living at UT is the dining hall hours. The food is very good but the hours suck.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My resident experience has been very good. A lot of the things in our room were damaged like the walls and refrigerator. We also didn't have a lock but it has just recently been fixed. Other than that it has been great and the food for sure because university dining halls.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Enjoyed my stay here immensely so far. It outweighed my expectations greatly. Love the facilities including the pool, gym, outdoor volleyball and heap others.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here at UT. I've met many wonderful people, and the staff is tremendously helpful. Especially recently when I had an issue with a hole in my ceiling above my shower that continued to get worse. After a few work orders and an urgent work order being put in maintenance finally came to remove a chuck out of the ceiling which contained mold. Now I can stop worrying about being sick and start getting well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The facility is wonderful! I really enjoy living here and everyone who works at University Towers is very nice. Would recommend living here to a friend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it’s nice and i like to live here and stuff and the foods good and the location is good but you know at the end of the day it’s not bad 4 more

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good rooms, clean and well furnished. Meal plan is good although a little repetitive. A little expensive but probably worth it due to how close it is to campus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love everything but the wifi connection and the cost! Boingo has been very unreliable ever since the network shutdown, and this place is overpriced.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location, but awful scanning process (can't scan into building through a wallet), loud A/C, short shower heads, my door connecting to our shared bathroom has no way of being unlocked from our side even with their "tool" at the front desk. The desks are small, the microwave isn't very good. The internet is unresponsive half the time. There's a lot of tiny annoyances that add up over the course of the time I've spent here and its really ridiculous.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived at UT for two semesters now and have had a great experience. All of the staff are friendly and I love the location and perks that you get from living here. There is always a good selection of food and always good sanitation throughout the building.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very convenient for Poole Students as it is so close to Nelson. I like having a dining hall upstairs and being so close to everything on Hillsborough st.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love living here, the staff is so nice! The maintenance has been nothing less than awesome! The cloud9 dining is amazing. The staff up there is so sweet.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My community is great, I love my special room. I’m in a single room and I love having the privacy of my own room and I don’t have to share a room. University towers is one of the only dorms near NCSU campus that has the single rooms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at UT is great, the community is amazing, and the location and amenities are nearly unmatchable. I highly recommend living at UT during your time here at NCSU!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

very nice and spacious dorm with lots to do such as a workout room, pool, tanning bed, and volleyball court. the dining hall, Cloud 9, is very nice as well!! overall great place

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's def better than an on-campus dorm, but I just wish things here wouldn't break so much, like the internet, AC, elevators, printers, washing machines and dryers, etc.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location near campus, i have had a good experience overall with university towers and the community and staff. The dining hall has a variety of options

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love this place. Super close to campus and my classes. The dining hall is great and allows to get meals on my busy schedule. This place has lots of amenities that others don’t offer

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living in UT. The rooms are a good size and set up. The dining hall food is always good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be better is if the AC units were quieter.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The atmosphere and accommodations at University towers are great. The staff and RAs are super nice and always make sure to solve our problems if we need it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I have no complaints, I have really enjoyed all that UT has to offer. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that we have a gym, and I love getting up to the morning and grabbing a quick cup of coffee on my way out the door.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers has pretty much everything that you would need. It has dining, laundry, wifi, cable, a gym, a pool, tanning beds and housekeeping. Is really close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have greatly enjoyed the community at University Towers. All of the residents here are very easy-going and friendly, and the staff is incredibly helpful with any questions or issues you have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here because the food is great and the people are very friendly. In addition, I am more than satisfied with the room conditions. They are great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment community is very nice. The dining hall on the top floor has the best food around campus and it really helps having laundry in the same building as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Absolutely love it here. The food is amazing and the people at even better! Rooms are a really nice size and has made my time here at NC state even better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very convenient! Close to campus with useful amenities. Love the fact you can lease through the university thus avoiding the hassle of a tuition refund!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For the cost, I really expected better services and a better room. I was shocked by the amount of cleaning, I figured there would be more frequent cleaning. The dorm style rooms are way over priced and the price of a single room is out of sight. The parking places in the parking deck are way too small, for what it cost to live and park here you would think they would have a place big enough for a stock pick-up truck. But it is conveniently located, the location is the best quality about UT and the reason I would stay here again

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is very convenient since it’s so close to campus. The dining hall has a decent selection, and a great view. The laundry room is usually packed, but that’s to be expected of any dorm setting.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a good apartment community, everyone gets along and it is easy to make friends. This has been a good experience ever since I moved in to UT.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the place that I live in but I do not feel connected to them members of this community. I may be at fault for that and look forward to showing up to more events throughout the year to meet other people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a safe, great place to live. I’m so close to Hillsborough and campus that the location is super convenient. It’s clean, spacious and I love the food here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location of University Towers because I don't need a car to go to the store or go somewhere out to eat. I also love how I can walk on campus to my classes without having to walk too far. The only couple of things that I don't enjoy living here is that the A/C vent is obnoxiously loud and the brand of microwave/fridge unit is not the best. I have had to get mine replaced twice because the microwave would never work and the one I currently have works on occasion. Other than that, I personally love living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the layout and the community. The elevators are spooky at times and maintenance is a bit slow to get back to you, but it is an amazing community. Love the dining hall, study lounges, front desk help options, etc. It's awesome!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really nice rooms and convenient location as a pcom student!! The dining hall serves great food and also super big variety of types of foods. All of the staff has been super helpful and nice!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

dinning hall offers so much good food. great amenities. the pool is really great, hopefully they heat it. theres a volleyball court and a pool table. you don’t have to walk far to eat and the gym is great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything in University Towers is convenient. From getting food, getting toiletries, doing laundry, etc. Every worker has been friendly and kind when I have interacted with them. I can't find anything to complain about.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s overall a nice place to live, and convenient given how near it is to campus and all of the services available in the building. The dining is okay and I haven’t had any issues.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here. It is a great spot surrounded by a variety of places to eat and socialize with others. The people are great in this community as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice rooms and everything is always super clean and organized. I really enjoy the food here as well! The Resident Assistants are really nice and they put on a lot of fun activities throughout the year! I would highly recommend living here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

From the residents to the staff, UT has one of the most friendliest communities around NCSU. My dining hall experience is probably my favorite because of all the welcoming faces that work there.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's okay, it's more like an old hotel that got fixed up.also the bathroom situation is horrid But the food is good and the parking deck is close so it's not awful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is pretty nice! We have great programs for residents and really great food! It’s also very close to campus and I love that I don’t have to walk far to attend any lectures

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at UT!!! It’s so nice having a dining hall right upstairs, the food is great, the rooms are so nice, I love using the study rooms, and there’s a pool right downstairs!!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are clean when I got here. The AC works really well. The walls are thick enough so I don't be anything when I sleep. The food is not bad, but I kind of wish they didn't force me to buy a meal plan.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here! Majority of the people are so friendly! However, the worst part about living at UT is people not removing their laundry in a timely manner. Other than that it’s great here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in UT! It’s a small community of diverse individuals that likes to have fun and get their homework done. The staff are all incredible as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fine. Problems with vents, declared it on work order, but it hasn’t been fixed yet. Other that it’s been great here! I haven’t had any other issues.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT is great, dining is tasty, the cleaners are wonderful and all the staff are really nice. I have enjoyed the gym being right in my apartment!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been mostly great so far! My only complaint was my outlets not working on move in day. However, they were fixed within the next few days. Thank you!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here, even more than I did living at a residence hall on campus. The rooms are nicer and I love having a dining hall in the building!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, everything has been nice, the food upstairs is awesome. However, the bathroom is a little cramped and the ventilation in there is poor so it gets smelly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's not a bad place to live, just not ideal for freshman who are trying to make friends. It's a good apartment though and nice amenities. I enjoy existing here but I'm having a hard time meeting people because they're all upper class men and there's no y'all community. Food is really good though and I love my room and roommate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

feels like a hotel. its alright. all work no play all work no play, all rork, no ne play all werk. zero play. al. work. no. play...its ok. its oak..its oky...its oka....its okay....

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close to campus. I live in a double, but I enjoy the privacy of the rooms and setup with the bathrooms. Having parking right next to where you live is also a plus. My only downside is how expensive it is and then on top of that you're required to get meal plan with UT.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The experience is very good, due to the fact that the building is clean, the people at the office are very welcoming and you have access to the laundry, gym and swimming pool.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience so far has been nice. I have finally been able to organize a schedule/communication with my roommate and enjoy the dining hall. The walls however are thin but the front desk helps solve situations. I also enjoy the little giveaways related to the room. I feel like a belong despite not going to the glow party, since I am not so fond of parties.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Bathroom ceiling had hole from broken pipes. Fairly clean, nice place to live. Parking deck sucks though bc it is small and people speed around the corners and the two speed bumps back to back are annoying.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i like living here for the most part the food is really good but my closet is broken and the ac was broken when i moved in and it kinda smells weird

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how everything you would need is right here in the building! The dining hall does have weird hours and I wish it would be the same everyday. We need to do more as a floor to get to know each other. We haven’t had any floor events

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone seems friendly and the overall experience had been quite good. The food served seems fresh, the workout facility is perfect for what I need, and the abundance of washers and dryers make it easy to find available machines.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location, cloud 9 and the staff service is really great! I love that UT has a pool that we can use whenever we want. As an exchange student I was excited to live in a dorm and experience the American college life as I've seen in movies. Unfortunately, my roommate and I don't get along very well. Changing a roommate here at UT is NOT easy, therefore the lower score.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The place is really nice. The food hall is nice and convenient. Although it is gross because a lot of time the employees don’t wipe down the tables and leave the food out until it gets bad. Also the people here are kind of snotty.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the amenities and proximity to my classes. I wish that there were weekly events so that I can make it to more of them and more vegan options in the dining hall. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like it here so far! The food it amazing and the room set up is actually pretty nice (I like that everything fits somewhere so neatly). My only grievance was that pool party hosted on a Thursday night. I live in a room on the pool side, was trying to sleep for work the next morning and couldn't because of all the commotion. If that party was on a weekend, I wouldn't be complaining, but it was right in the middle of the week and some of us aren't week-partiers.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are a good size and the location is convenient, but the WiFi is kinda spotty and the staff isn’t always the nicest. The food is pretty good and being able to go to the pool is nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The roommate is great, we both have had some problems with the suite mates, but hopefully it is over now. I wish there was more of a sense of community between residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers at NC State is by far and large, the best housing on campus. UT's close proximity to North and Central campus make UT ideal to allow students to engage in both academic and recreational activities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great, place to live, staff is really nice and helpful. It’s convenient to NC State’s campus. Has a parking deck which is very convenient to have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers continues to be a great place to live. I have never had any issues whatsoever with living within my dorm, and I would recommend it to absolutely any NC State student.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is really close to things on campus and has a lot of cool amenities, but it’s kind of expensive for it to basically be a dorm suite.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really great, has a lot of fun events and a lot of cool amenities like a swimming pool, gym, study lounge, and sitting areas outside. I really like living here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are a great size! It is enough for two people with generous floor space. The dining hall has a wide variety of food selection everyday almost all the time with fresh bagels.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living here, I really like the location and I appreciate having a gym downstairs and the dining hall is much better than some of the on-campus food options.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Such a great community, and all the amenities in the building are great. Everyone who works at University Towers is so nice and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and the dining hall is very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and you get access to a pool and fitness center. The food is also good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

enjoyed it greatly. the desk and maintenance staff is very accommodating - whenever I have had any issues (with cable, light not working, etc.) they have been very helpful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here! The amenities are amazing, the staff is so kind, and the food is amazing. I had trouble with my ID card and someone fixed it right away! Also something was broken in my room and they put in a work order right away!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome amenities and an amazing feeling of community! My room size is perfect and I love how we have a sink and mirror right in our room! Everyone that works at UT hasn’t been super friendly and helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love University Towers so far! The location is very convenient, close to Hillsborough and close to classes. The community is very welcoming.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Rooms are farily new and refurbished. Showers and bathrooms are small but get the job done. Food is amazing, buffet on the ninth floor with tons of options.. can't beat that!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have only lived here for 5 days and I am already so happy with my decision to live at University Towers. It’s so close to all my classes on campus, a great community and has very nice amenities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Like a hotel, which is great. Convenient to have a dining hall right upstairs. Love that there are lounges on every floor and cool events often.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a great place to live. It is a great place to live. The close proximity to campus is ideal for anyone who wants to be engaged with the campus and the NCSU community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have yet to join the community, however the time I have spent at University Towers has been satisfactory. I am well excited to be a member of the community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at UT! This year will be my second year at UT! It is so convenient. Everything you need is in the building! The food is great! The people are wonderful!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall University Towers is an awesome place to stay. The moto is cheesy "live here, live well" but they are not wrong. With all the amazing amenities and attentive staff, it is the best place to stay in Raleigh.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the amenities available at UT, the pool and dining hall are great and the gym is so convenient when you don’t want to make the walk to Carmichael!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT has wonderful amenities and really does a great job of making the residents feel welcome. The staff is amazing and are quick to help solve problems that may arise. The community in UT is also great overall!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers has been great with communication and sending out reminders of important dates as we get closer to move in day. Also, the process to find roommates was seamless and easy to follow.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers always had things planned for residents whether it was for your floor or for the whole building. The staff was very friendly and always helped when there was a problem

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far staff has been great by answering any questions I have had. Also, they are very understand of situations and are willing to help. I know multiple people who are living in UT and im really excited to have my community

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The accommodations of UT are very nice. The staff was friendly, but the dining staff was rude at times. I really enjoyed the amenities of the property such as the gym and volleyball court. I would definitely recommend it to others.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So much fun:) friendly staff and really caring people working there. Definitely a better dining hall than most of the ones on campus. Can’t wait to come back

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, I have really enjoyed living here. It’s super clean and I enjoy that we have an app for laundry-to see when it’s ready! Super neat! I’m excited about next year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Ive has a wonderful time here, from the pool to the fitness center, it has been great! I love the location & all UT has to offer. I love Raleigh already!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy University Towers because of the perfect location and environment. I enjoy the food and quality as well! Housekeeping was such a huge help during busy study weeks!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Actually feels like you are part of a community with all the events they offer. Even those that include other student from campus. The friendships I’ve made because of University Towers will never be lost.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy the convenience of the gym and the dining hall. The proximity to NC State’s campus is very convenient and I can sleep in. I also like the location on Hillsborough Street.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it here so much the food is amazing the people are very friendly the location is conveniently close to all my classes. I also love taking advantage of the pool and gym.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s good, I love the location and how nice everything is. I did have a big problem with my ceiling leaking all semester and change of management.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved living at University Towers which is why my roommate and I renewed our lease for our sophomore year at NC State. It is a very nice place to live and very convienent to campus and other things.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The two years I lived here were the by far the best living experience, The second year started off with a few rough edges with issues in the room but staff was quick and efficient with fixing things up! I give high recommendations to live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The food is okay. The staff members are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and there is not a lot of noise. All of my floor mates were great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A good place to stay. The price is similar to on-campus housing options, but they offer lots of incentives to get people to stay, such as gift cards, free parking and lots more. Would recommend

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very fun, although the elevators were said to be fixed a couple months into the semester, but were not fixed throughout the entire year. Still had great time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

After staying at university towers for my freshman year of college I will say it was a great experience. The building events were well thought out and the dining hall was one of the best on campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very convenient and easy walks to class. I enjoy having the dining hall in the same building and having a single room with the shared bathroom.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice place, has a bunch of amenities and a good dining hall on the 9th floor. Just wish the elevators, washers, and dryers worked consistently,

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great experience, made to a of friends, the food and dining hall was absolutely terrific. My room and bathroom were perfect with little to no complaints and the amenities set UT above the rest!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers provided an excellent location for my first time on NC State's campus. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during my stay there.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a good place to live. They handled any concerns I had in a timely and considerate manner. I'd definitely recommend it to others needing a place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been an awesome experience staying here, especially the food. The amenities here are awesome, the location is very nice and the people are awesome. I am glad I am staying here again next year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good furniture. Loved the floor and building events. Amazing staff. Elevators and washing machines often gave me trouble. Over all great experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The front desk is extremely helpful, and very responsive to questions and issues. I wish the cleaning were a bit more thorough, the sink is often left dirty and the floors are not vaccumed properly. The dining hall is absolutely wonderful with some of the best food on campus, but it closes so early that I'm often left hungry at night after all my activities are completed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the best resident hall I've lived in. They have their own dining hall and the food is better than the rest of the dining halls in campus. The elevators suck though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a very nice community and dorm. The rooms are spacious and give you and you're roommate plenty of space. However, it does get loud because you can hear everything through the walls.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wonderful place here. They have Friendly staff, nice amenities, awesome cleaning crew, and foods pretty good too. New elevators are nice! They really need a couple printers. The water is fresh, bathrooms are decent too. I didn’t have any bugs this year which was nice. Parking deck is close but also pretty scary and dark and wet.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at University Towers comes with a lot that many other living choices don't have to offer. I have easy access to just about everything I need. The 24 hour desk service is nice because I can get assistance with something at any time of day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at UT! The staff is great! The location is wonderfull. It is so convenient to have the dining area right in the building. The study areas are great if you want a different study environment.

4 / 5

UT is really close to campus and an ideal location for anyone who wants to be close to campus! The staff and residents are nice and friendly.

I really enjoy living at University Towers and I've had a great first year here. I resigned my lease and will be living here again next fall! I really love the dinning options that they provide here.

My apartment community has been pretty good overall. I enjoy talking with my suit mates and have enjoyed getting to know them. The front desk has always been very helpful with all of my needs as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was great! Good activities and plenty of opportunities to have fun! Meet many new people and very convenient place to live! Close to campus, restaurants and the Dan Allen Deck for guests to park!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live and very close to campus! The rooms are nice and having carpeted floors is a plus compared to the dorms. Half the washers are broken a lot.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The website was amazing and clearly showed out the floor plans. The process of signing the lease was easy and everything was online. It was a great experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Feel very welcomed here ! I am thrilled to be a part of this community and excited for the coming year! Thank you for all that you do to foster a wonderful community spirit!

I love UT! SO convenient to have the dining hall just right upstairs. I will be living here next year also and I can not wait. Everyone at UT and everyone who works here is so nice!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience living at university towers has been a very positive one. I have been able to maintain a stable school and work life thanks to the positive staff and convenient location. They recognize the importance of putting school first, and so ensure an ideal environment to receive the best education. Overall a very good experience, although the elevator situation is less than ideal.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the combination of having its own dining hall, laundry, weight room, and study lounges makes University Towers the best on campus community to live at.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers is a great place to live. The rooms are very large compared to on campus dorm and are perfect for a comfortable living and learning environment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I live at University Towers in Raleigh. It has been a great experience with no major problems. Everyone that works there are a great help no matter what my problem may be.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are very nice and the halls are far quieter than your average dorm. The study rooms are spacious and normally not packed. Maintenance and cleaning is timely and effective

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I believe the best part about University Towers are the amenities. I like being able to work, study, swim, work out all in one building. I don't ever have to leave.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

its very nice to stay over here, the management is really cordial and they help us whenever we are in any sort of problem, and the dining hall is good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living here, I really like the location and I appreciate having a gym downstairs and the dining hall is much better than some of the on-campus food options.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

everything has been very good. i do enjoy living here. really do not like the elevators. the 7th floor elevator buttons have not worked all year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really great place to stay the staff is very nice and helpful with your needs. University Towers is in a convenient location close to NC State.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great environment and the meals are delicious and varied. However, i wish the parking garage was better and the elevators could work better, too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers at Raleigh is a great place to live. The people and amenities are great. I also like to upstairs and eat in the dining hall.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice people. Although elecatorss and washers have not been working for far too long. Dining hall is very good, people are very kind and happy to help.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities are great. The staff members are great, especially Anna Marie and "Grandma" :) Location is AWESOME! But, maintenance on elevators and printer need improvement.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in university towers I feel as though I have not had the same opportunities to meet as many kids. All of my friends live in the dorms and have a very different experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed staying at UT, the accommodations are great and the dining hall has great food. I like the pool and the tanning bed and I use the gym every day!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great experience at UT. Having the food upstairs is great and study rooms on each floor allow it so that I am not studying in the same place more than once. However, the walk to the library is very short so I am often walking to DH Hill. Will be back.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience with University Towers has been overall pretty good. I've been here for a year and a half now and will be here next year. My only complaints are regarding the dining hall. The staff do not seem to care about the quality of their work, and better options for food could be available. Chicken nuggets should be available with the grill more often, if not every day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Like a hotel, which is great. Convenient to have a dining hall right upstairs. Love that there are lounges on every floor and cool events often.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, I've had a good experience at University Towers. I think that some of the staff could and probably should act more professionally when working.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. They keep the place clean and secure and make sure that all residents have what they need. The dining hall is pretty awesome offering lots of different food choices continuously throughout the day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's good place to live overall. The staff is friendly and facility is nice. It's nice that I can just go upstairs for food. I also like that we have a bathroom right near us basically.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff here are all amazing and super nice, love the events that are held. Have only had a few issues this year but any problems were quickly looked at and resolved. Hope to continue living here as first housing choice!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to stay off campus. Includes housekeeping, pool, gym, laundry room and has an in-house dining area. The only thing I wish was better was the price.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was a great dorm and I liked easy access to dining hall. It was very close to campus and by far the nicest dorm around. The RA’s were helpful and nice as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been a pretty positive experience living here. I love the people, but the rooms are not well kept. They're so dusty and rundown. The fridge gets nasty very easily and there is no fresh air so the rooms are very stuffy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved the pool, location, dining hall and having a bathroom that I only shared with my roommate and suite mates. Wish the room setup had been different though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers is a great place to live! It’s not only close to campus but it’s amenities are amazing. It’s a nice place with wonderful staff!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The experience living here at UT has been awesome. I consider it my home away from home. I love the rooms and amenities offered. the food is just as great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living here because of the amenities, the location, and the friendly staff. I love having a dining hall in the same building that I live in! t makes it so easy, especially when I'm in a rush!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love UT. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly to everyone. I feel very at home there and welcomed into the greater UT community. The RAs put on great events too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a great location and they have very friendly staff. The food on the ninth floor dining hall has a variety of different options to choose from, and they are very accommodating.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Ive had a wonderful experience being a part of the community at university towers my freshman year and am hoping to return in the next fall semester

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have very much enjoyed my experience here at University Towers. I honestly do not have that many complaints outside of the elevators sometimes not working. I'm also not a big fan of the lids for the coffee cups for complimentary coffee in the morning. Whenever you sip, some excess comes out of the top and it's just not the best design. Outside of that, I think that UT has been a great experience this year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Oh boy, where to begin... Well I have enjoyed the location of University Towers. It's very close to the majority of my classes and that alone is a lifesaver.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

GREAT place to live because it’s convenient, but the maintenance isn’t the best and when people find bed bugs in their beds they won’t do anything or offer you to change rooms! :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. So much better than University Housing dorms. The rooms are much bigger and much more comfortable. The food is great and the hospitality of the staff is great. The girls are quite the plus as well😍😍

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not a fan of cafeteria. The laundromat could definitely be better. Living space is nice. I like the coffee downstairs in the morning. Friendly staff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers was a pretty good place to live. Close to campus so everything was within walking distance. One downside is that the rooms are on tr he smaller side, which took some getting used to considering I'm bigger and taller than most

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have only lived at University Towers for a semester, but I love it here. I am happy to be living here next year as well. I really like how it is so convenient to have a dining hall so close and a small gym in the same building. Can't wait til next year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Ut is so nice to live in. I am so glad that I got to live here my freshman year. I sometimes get sick of the food from eating it so much but I still love it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live! So much better than dorms! So close to everything you need. Love the room layout. Great cafeteria right in the building!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Honestly, University Towers has been very good to me. Not only has it provided great living arrangements for a student like me to work in, it’s also provided job opportunities and a great community. I’d recommend it to anybody, even over state’s own housing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The place and location is nice. I enjoy living here. We have a problem with our toilet though, it keeps running and making a hissing noise every 3 1/2 min or so and runs for about 20 seconds. It does this at all hours of the day. Even after several maintenance calls it is still not fixed. It is extremely annoying and maintenance doesn't seem to know how to fix.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything here is very convenient and well organized. Only notes I have are to make sure dining hall always has staff members present at the different lines.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love UT. Only complaint is with cleaning, and the dryers.other than that it is a great place to live. There is friendly staff, good management, and a clean safe environment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I would say I really enjoy staying at UT. My two older brothers stayed here their freshman year and they really enjoyed it. They made so many new friends and good memories. I could say that I am doing the same with my roomate, we are like best friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s great, the staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The difference events and craft nights through out the year are my favorite

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For the most part, everything at university towers has been great! Everyone is extremely nice here, and I really like having the dining hall upstairs plus all the extra amenities. However, during the hurricane my room flooded due to a cracked window frame.. it soaked my bed and floor. Maintenance came and looked at it twice but never did anything to fix or at least prevent leaks for the time being. My room began to flood again before thanksgiving break so I just had to put the trash can underneath the window to catch the water, so that my room wouldn’t have to be taken apart again to air it out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here, the RAs are really nice and really seem to enjoy working here. The dining hall is also really really cool, very high class!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Enjoy staying here. I was assigned here through ncsu because I applied for a dorm late. I am really pleased that I stay here because it is much better than the dorms on campus and not that much more money. Would love to stay here again.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Coffee for late night dining would be awesome, just as some feedback but an overall great place to stay and good experience. Rooms are nice and service is great!.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived here for my freshman and sophomore years through NC State Housing. I have enjoyed my rooms both years and some of the amenities are very nice. My only critique is the dining hall food.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living in UT. My one complaint would be the laundry room- it does not smell great and the washers are dirty. Also, the parking deck is crammed and people park awful. But besides that I love the food and the staff is very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT brings a relaxing atmosphere with lots of included amenities to use. The food here is pretty good and the staff is always reliable and friendly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my room I think it’s incredibly spacious. I like that we have key cards at ut like a hotel instead of actual keys. The hours of the dining hall are inconvenient

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like it. The rooms are nice. Food is good and diverse in cloud9. I Got a bad roommate but other than that all good. The communication in the situation with my roommate could have been better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. Always clean and nice staff. Awesome dining hall and tons of amenities to enjoy. The best thing about UT is the location. Unbeatable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a great place to live at NC state. The meal plan is a great option and convenient and it is right on campus with great parking.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers is dorm life, but with nice dorms and your own gym. So if you don’t want to miss that kind of college experience it’s a good place!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a good safe place to live, some issues with maintenance being timely and not the most friendly staff at times. There are fun opportunities to connect with other residents, I just wish the money spent on events would be used to purchase better washers and dryers or at least make sure they are all working properly

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living at UT. It is located very close to all of my classes, has good food and a nice living space where I feel comfortable and free.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love UT and I think it is a great place to live. Good service, food and accommodations! Most of the staff are very nice and welcoming! We have had some problems with our toilet and they have been fixed, but it is a little frustrating to have our toilet break every 5 days. Other then that everything has been good

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT is a really nice place and I love the dining hall. They are very friendly here and the cleaning staff is very friendly and do a great job

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved living here at University Towers. the staff is very friendly and helpful 24/7. The food is delicious. The only thing I would say needs work is that the breakfast times should go longer throughout the day!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

my experience was really great and it is a pleasure living over here . the staff is really good over here and there are a lot of amenities over here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT is a wonderful living experience. It gives you the chance to have off campus freedom with a very close to campus location. It was my first choice in housing because of its location and the cafe is amazing!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Like a hotel, which is great. Convenient to have a dining hall right upstairs. Love that there are lounges on every floor. Really like that there are printers too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. It's very centrally located to all of my classes, hit has a great dining hall upstairs that I should use more often, and the people here are just easy to get along with and make sure that you are always being helped as quickly as possible.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s a decent half-way betweeen a dorm and a real apartment. I wouldn’t live here again, but for my first year it was a solid choice. Great facilities and accessories, like a pool, gym, and laundry room on-site. Great place to live if you want a roommate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall I have had a good experience. At the beginning of the year we needed the door to be fixed as well as the blinds. Both were fixed in a timely manor and the staff is helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here has been good. UT is located in a super convenient place, so that's nice. The amenities that come with living here are also super great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Convenient location, perfect for those who don’t have a car. I love that there’s a dining hall! I feel at home here and can sincerley say this is the best value for off campus living.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My sink light and desk lights aren't working, and I feel like my AC isn't working as well as it could. Also my refrigerator unit is pretty bad too. It's plugged in but it's not very cold. But apart from that it's ok

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice. Staff always helpful and community is very nice. Building is clean and rooms are good. Would like to see more flexibility in dining.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is in a great place and the staff is really friendly. Wish the food plan was not a requirement or at least implement the idea of dining dollars.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The 8th floor suites are great, definitely more comfortable than sharing a double room. The location of UT is great and the people here are friendly and respectful. The only downsides are the quality of the furniture in my room and the fact that the dining hall closes so early on the weekends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to stay and very close to NC State Campus. Great amenities as well and staff are nice people. Having the dining hall in the same building is very convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at UT has been great! I've made some of my best friends here. It's nice having access to a gym within the facility, I like lounging by the pool, the dining hall staff is so friendly, and they serve Bruegger's Bagels every morning. Overall a good experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have very few complaints about University Towers of Raleigh. They do an exceptional job with service, serve excellent food and always accommodate your needs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have stayed her while obtaining my degree from state. Everyone is great! The food is good. Our floor has a safety plan to keep everyone feeling safe.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve lived at University Towers for two years now and I have nothing negative to say. The community is kind, the rooms are great and the convenience of being close to campus and having a dining hall upstairs is a huge plus. The people are great and I’ve never had a problem with anything. Maintence is quick and the cleaning is always done without fail or fault. A great off campus place to spend college.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think UT is pretty good compared to my previous dorm in another country. It is close to campus, which makes me go to class easier. I will consider living here in the next year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

If you mix hotel with dorm, you get UT. Food’s pretty good. The staff are all very nice. The pool is a good feature and the patio out back is a great place to hang out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really nice place with great amenities and staff. Room was disappointing, however, as during move in I noticed several issues and damaged things. Beyond this, though, I have no complaints.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

this year i was disappointed in my living arrangements, the room i am in is in poor condition and has many issues. Last year was a great living experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a great place to live! I recommend the facility over everything else because of the close proximity to campus and the amenities!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been great so far. I like the rooms and all the facilitation’s that the building has. However there are some things that don’t work correctly like for example the running machine located inside the gym, there is always one that is out of order. I also think that the people that are cleaning our dorms are not doing their best. When I arrive to my dorm after the cleaning it seems the same as I left it. In dispite of these few things, everything is very good specially the food. I like that the menu is contantly changing so residents can pick different food options every day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I have had a wonderful experience at university towers. The offered amenities are high quality and unlike those of other residence buildings

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The atmosphere at University Towers is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and I feel so welcome every time I step through the doors. Great service and great food as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very clean and organized. A bit pricey but nice overall. Parking is expensive but understandable. Cleaning staff is nice and concise. Cooks are also nice and do a great job

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a nice place to stay. It has good sized rooms and decent amenities. The only problems that Ihave had were my TV and our bathroom. Other than these two things (which are now fixed) I think UT is a nice place to stay

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, my resident experience has been very enjoyable. I wasn't sure if there would be a big difference between living in UT and living on campus when I first moved in, but after visiting so many of my friends dorms, I've realized how much better UT is. The rooms are so spacious and it's so easy to meet people in the building.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location. Amenities are in good shape. Room is clean when moving in. Always someone at the front desk. Easy receiving emails and packages. No kitchen, so a little inconvenient without a meal plan.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT has a great staff and a homelike environment. One of the best perks about living in UT is their dining hall on the 9th floor. They also have a small gym that's good for a quick workout at any time of the day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers is such a great place. The dining hall is fantastic and the service for the residents is great. The staff really gets involved with the residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living here for a dorm-like experience. I love how there's a gym on the first floor and free printing. I would only change a couple things- I wish that the dining hall stayed open later/the elevators weren't so slow/the recycling was taken care of better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the room is really nice. However they never clean out the vents. This causes me to have some allergy problems when I am staying here that I do not experience at my own house.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been great living here. Close to campus and good sized rooms. I like that the suites are comprised of two rooms instead of four. Cloud 9 is very convenient being on the top floor.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my second year staying here. Almost all employees are super nice and helpful. The dining hall is really convient but somewhat over priced and repetitive

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms and closets are pretty nice. The food is good, can be better at some times. It's either a win or a loss with good or bad suitmates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good except I was required to sign up for meal plan. NOT GOOD. Me no have no moneys soooo really NOT GOOD. I just go to target and get foods like juicy apple but now I cant cuz I have meal plan. Me poor now

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The overall experience has been average. I haven't had any outrageously negative experiences but no outrageously positive experience. Also, the walls are really thin and I can hear almost everything my neighbors do.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at University Towers has been a good experience. The food is great and the staff is also great. In the beginning, the elevators barely worked.

Maintenace has been helpful so far. I appriciate the ammenities. The noise here is actually pretty low, lower than I expected. But my RA doesn't have their hours by their door, sometimes the trash room piles up to the point can smell it walking down the hallway. But even that is not a big problem.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is an awesome place to live. The food in cloud Nine is great and always changing. The matance grew is quick an efficient when it comes to fixing broken items in my room, and the RAs are are very kind and helpful!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Real nice! The dining is quite good, and people here are very friendly, i'm here with some friends as exchange students for the fall semester, and we are having a lot of fun in UT parties!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love being a resident at university towers. The food is good and the dinning hall is open for a reasonable amount of time. Also it has everything you need such as a gym, lounge and pool with great surrounding resources close by.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been great! I got the room I wanted. The help moving in was excellent! My suitemate is a great fit! I had one request before moving in, and it had been taken care of when I arrived. I love living at UT!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities are fantastic and I really enjoy all that UT has to offer. But the parking is not included which I understand but wish it was! I also really love how the dining hall is on the top floor but the hours are sometimes hard to accommodate to my school schedule.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love being so close to campus, having a pool, and the way the rooms are set up. Only things that are annoying is the fact the the dining hall closes WAY too early, and the WiFi doesn’t always work.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Room was comfortable. To live in and the food in the dining hall was excellent. Also having a gym. So close to my. Room was good. The problem was that he elevators would constantly breakdown due to age and the price of the room is a little high.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was a fun time, and had friendly people. Great location, close to campus which was very convenient. Food was yummy, very homey. The amenities were up to par

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University towers was an amazing place to live for my freshman year at North Carolina state university. The location was perfect and close to all of my classes and the food was yummy and convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fantastic community. Staff is always up to speed on what’s going on and what can be remedied to make the residents feel more comfortable and like their needs are taken care of. Can’t think of a better place. :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the atmosphere in this loving space and I can’t wait to move back in for my senior year at NC State University. Everyone is so nice and everything is just great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a very nice place to live. It made my transition into college very easy. It includes everything that I needed and more. The staff was helpful as well for the most part.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've really enjoyed living in University Towers. The building is well maintained and the only part of living here that I wish would be better was the elevators.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall is a very nice place to live and the staff is extremely accommodating! The dining hall has several options for everyone and the rooms are so much bigger than dorms. It is very close to campus and is extremely convenient. I can be almost anywhere on central campus in about 15 minutes. This is something that will save everyone time!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Room is small and overpriced, Food is marginal and supports a high fat diet. Community is aweful, a bunch of freshman whom are all in Frats.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice overall, things do break down a lot though (elevators, appliances, laundry machines, and the WiFi goes down a lot!!). The cleaning crews adds a nice bonus though that other communities may not have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy University Towers overall. At times, it is a bit noisy, and I think the walls are a bit thin, so I hear many noises, especially at night.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Workers are incredibly strict. I also think that it is a total breach of privacy that there are cameras in the workout room, this disturbs me the most about university towers

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty good food, nice rooms, housekeeping. Much bigger than dorm rooms which is a huge plus. It’s also in a good location around everything.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers has a very clean and well kept facility as well as friendly and helpful staff. Overall it has been a great living experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been wonderful! Never a day goes by where I don’t feel absolutely at home and welcomed here. The sense of community is thriving and it’s relieving to come home to where I can feel comfortable and that my needs are met.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living here a lot. It has a secure environment, great people, and delicious food. The staff is kind and attentive. I have made many new friends. It is a 10-15 minute walking distance to all my classes. It is great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is an awesome place to live. It's so close to campus and has a good dining hall just an elevator ride away! Housekeeping coming every other week is also a perk!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here. The staff are all very nice and helpful whenever you need anything. University Towers is the perfect home away from home!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really good place to stay during your college years. Really enjoy the staff the people and the community. The staff is really genuine and nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at University Towers has been pretty average. I haven't lived anywhere else at NC State but in comparison to what I've seen at other places it seems to be cleaner and nicer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I just moved in and I am already loving University Towers! Everyone is very friendly and its very easy to make friends. The dining hall food is also a 10/10.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing place, with big rooms. you just have to be ok with smelling drugs and alcohol on the weekends because this is a party dorm. But its a rare thing and its great having food just upstairs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

All of the staff members and RA's are so kind and helpful. The laundry and gym are lovely additions to the already wonderful experience. Also the rooms are nice and spacious and the food is great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers is a convenient place to live on campus. Food service is good and convenient to access on 9th floor. Laundry service is free to residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff are very helpful and friendly! The food is great as well. I didn’t know what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised with the service and care!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

very happy living here. people are nice, food is good, price is reasonable, room is good, happy to sign lease for next year and incentive to do so is good

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a nice place to live as a first-year student because it is much better than the dorms and is as close to everything on campus as on-campus housing is. However, some parts of the building (like the staircase and the laundry room) are really gross and some of the staff (like the security guard) are really rude.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living at University Towers. It has all the amenities I need and is a good walking distance from my classes. It is a safe environment and area.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I a so glad that I have the privilege of living at university towers. It is one of the best places to live if you are attending NCSU. The people are always nice and the amenities are so convenient. the only reason I didn't give five stars was because they don't have a kitchen.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The environment is very welcoming and everyone who works and/or lives there is always so nice! The food is so much better than the food on campus and the food in the campus dining halls.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I have had a decent experience at University Towers. The building is kept clean and the staff is polite. I would probably recommend living here to others.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Towers has been great so far. The food is pretty good, and the rooms are really nice. My sink is kind of messed up, and it’s always cold in my room, but I don’t really care. I’m staying here again in the future for sure.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a great place to live with awesome amenities! The food in the dining hall could be a little better but that's expected in a place such as UT. Great experience!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living at University Towers and the community there. I have met a lot of awesome people who I would have never met if I didn't live here. WOLFPACK!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The people at the front desk are very friendly. The downstairs gym and laundry room are very convenient and awesome that it’s free. The downsides include that the laundry room is almost always full with washers always breaking as well as not all the elevators ever work 100%

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it! Wonderful staff, welcoming environment, good food. I stayed here last year and didn’t regret coming back. I plan to apply for RA this next fall, and am excited to see what that brings!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Most things about this place are spot on. The only issue is the ac. It cannot get below 73 which can get very annoying. Other than that I love it here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT has very nice rooms. The dining hall is very convenient to have in the bulilding. It is also to share a bathroom with only three other people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy it here from the staff to the residents it's all like one family. UT dining hall is really great. It's nice not having to walk outside just to eat.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My residential experience and University Towers has been exemplary. The staff is incredibly receptive to our needs, and the amenities are stellar. The study rooms on each floor are not usually packed, so it is convenient to walk down the hall and have a place to hit the books. The food is also amazing, and the staff in the dining hall are very nice. I have really enjoyed my stay here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my room here at University Towers! It is more affordable than on-campus housing and my space feels bigger. The food is amazing and the staff is very kind and is always here to help you.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Dining is excellent– there is something for everyone, and the dining room has a superb view of Downtown. Staff and front desk support are extremely patient and helpful. The floors and elevators are kept very clean despite the astounding number residents/guests. Great experience so far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like my suite and the girls I am living with. My roommate and I lived here last year, and we were one of the first to resign our lease, and we requested a better room on a higher floor, but we were put on the 2nd floor and there are a lot of broken things in our room. That has been disappointing this year, but otherwise it has been good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment community is great. The staff is very helpful and my neighbors are friendly and awesome in general. The amenities are great. My one complaint is the air conditioning.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been going great so far. Food is good and service is very friendly. Enjoying living here and excited to continue the year here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone has been super nice and available. There are many activities to do and since it is so close to campus there are plenty of activities to go there also. Its awesome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

place is nice but everything is broken including the microwave, toilet, and ac. I like the pool and volleyball court outside considering many places in raleigh dont offer that.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love it at UT and would recommend it to anyone I know. The rooms make dorm life comfortable and likable. Choosing UT was hands down my best decision thus far in my college life.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are clean and well furnished the beds are rather comfortable and the desk is very utilitarian. The chair is lacking however and has been turned into more of an extra table

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love love love living here!!! I am a repeat renter here for my second year! I love the location, food, amenities, and rooms. The parking deck also comes in handy!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my room and the building as a whole because of the overall design. The rooms are clean and large and the pool is a big plus. Over all my, living situation has increased ten fold since last semester.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Clean facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. the dining hall is beautiful and the view is incredible. The dining hall is almost too fancy, it is really like being at a country club but overall its been a good experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT is a very nice place to stay. It is way better than a crowded dorm room and it is full of good people who are willing to help you with anything you need, all you have to do is ask.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love staying at UT!! The pool is amazing! I also love the connivence of the dinning hall right upstairs. The food is terrific and the work out room wis wonderful!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm extremely excited to move on. Toured it during orientation. Great service from employees and great facilities. Gym could be improved but overall great place

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, the process from signing the lease to getting ready to move in has been seamless. We have been very well informed of what we need to do and what will happen next. If we have any questions, it's been very easy to call and them answered. We're looking forward to our son living at UT in the upcoming school year.

4 / 5

Great place to live! Good food, good amenities. The pool is awesome, the people are very friendly. Staff is always helpful whenever we need anything from them.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The breakfast food is definitely the best part of the dining hall. Lunch and dinner is okay but I normally don't end up eating up there. At lunch and dinner I wish there were more fruit options.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff are friendly, with high ability in their area. They were able to answer my questions and assist me in changes for myself. Some staff didnt have personal experience with living in the area but they compinsated accordingly

Awesome place to live! Great amenities. Cleaning service is very helpful and comes frequently. Dining hall serves great food and has a good variety.

4 / 5

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

RA's don't enforce quiet hours, heck they don't even know when they are. I got told quiet hours don't start till 11 during the week, when the paper the ra's handed out said 10

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The food is great, staff is great, but the best part about this place is definitely the water pressure. I think this place closes and opens at the weirdest times but I love it here.

UT is such a great place to live! It's so close to everything on campus, and every one who lives here and works here is so nice and friendly!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Friendly service. Dining hall has many options. I like the events hosted by UT as well. Tanning bed is an added plus and is very convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UT is ok. Food needs to have healthier options. And better gym equipment Also, room mantience should come quicker to calls. Also more laundry machines. Otherwise I love living here, better than any other dorm

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman
